With a surface area of 275 m², the house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults. It features 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to ensure every guest enjoys a restful stay. For added comfort during the warmer days, two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house also includes 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en suite in the master bedroom, providing the privacy needed for a truly relaxing stay.

The heart of the home is its fully equipped kitchen, designed for food lovers. You will find everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a special dinner: oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware to make you feel right at home.

We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:30 PM.

The villa is accessible only to guests registered in the booking.

The maximum number of guests is 7.

This rural villa is mainly intended for families with children.

Important:

Extra fees for late check-in: After 10:00 PM, check-in carries an additional cost of €30 in cash, payable on the day of arrival.

Lost keys: In case of losing the keys during your stay, an additional charge of €50 will apply for their replacement.
