The apartment has 4 private sun loungers: two located on the terrace and two in the garden area. The sun loungers can be moved to the pool, but they must be returned to their original place at the end of your stay. All sun loungers by the pool are private, therefore it is strictly forbidden to use or move them.

Pets are not allowed.

Minimum age required to make a reservation: 25 years old.

Check-in after 22:30 involves an additional fee of €30 in cash, to be paid on the day of arrival.

Loss of keys: In case of loss of keys during your stay, a supplement of €50 will be charged for their replacement.
