This 30 m² studio includes a full bathroom with bathtub, a ceiling fan in the sleeping area, and all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay.

It opens onto a beautiful 12 m² private terrace, with direct views of the pool and open views of the sea in the distance.

A calm and intimate space, with no direct neighbours, ideal for relaxing in complete peace.

Important information: This accommodation is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. The studio is located downstairs from the main residence, near the lower pool. A small path must be walked to reach it. Access via the stairs is a more active and quicker option to reach the studio.

Late check-in fee: After 10:00 PM, a €30 surcharge applies for late check-in, payable in cash on the day of arrival.

Lost keys: In case of lost keys during your stay, a €50 fee will be charged for their replacement. We thank you for your understanding.
